The personal data that Estimatio S.C. collects, as well as the way in which it obtains them, are the following: The general personal data that we collect personally are the following: full name, email, landline and mobile phone, RFC, CURP, date of birth, age, nationality, marital status, sex, previous position, title and professional license, proof of studies, certificate.

The general personal data that we collect directly are the following: Full name, email, landline. The general personal data that we collect indirectly are the following: Full name.

ESTIMATIO S.C., DOES NOT collect proprietary or sensitive personal data, directly or indirectly.

Purposes of the treatment

The data that you provide to ESTIMATIO S.C. will be used for the following purposes:

1. Main Purposes: to invite you to events organized by pharmaceutical laboratories, as well as to send you information related to pharmaceutical products.
2. In the case of personal data obtained from candidates and collaborators and/or employees of ESTIMATIO S.C., these will be used for the following purposes: recruitment, selection and hiring of personnel, contact and selection of professional or social service practitioners, integrating and maintaining your personal file, to incorporate into it any incident or modification that occurs during the existence of the employment relationship, keep track of attendance.

Accessory purposes

ESTIMATIO S.C., does not carry out accessory purposes with the data collected. It should be noted that, if you do not express your refusal for the processing of your personal data, you have your right to revoke your consent or oppose the processing of these.

Procedure to exercise ARCO rights

2. Send an email to our corresponding area with the address contacto@estimatiosc.com, indicating what right you want to exercise and within a period of three business days from the receipt of the email, the person in charge of the area will contact you to indicate the procedure to follow.

ESTIMATIO S.C., informs you that, to exercise the aforementioned rights of access, rectification, cancellation, and opposition, you must follow the following procedure:

1. Request in duplicate the document called “ARCO Rights Request”.
2. Complete the required fields in the application by hand.
3. Present yourself in person at our offices located at Blvd. Adolfo López Mateos No. 2349 Piso 4, Int B. Atlamaya, Alcaldía Álvaro Obregón, C.P. 01760, CDMX, with telephone number: (55) 7045 – 3819, and email: contact @estimatesc.com; deliver the “ARCO Rights Request” at the reception in original and autograph signed copy, accompanying the original and copy of your official identification and/or power of attorney that proves the legal representation with which it is held for comparison thereof.
4. Once your application has been submitted, within a maximum period of twenty business days, we will notify you if your application is appropriate or not.
5. In the event that this is appropriate, the right to be exercised will become effective within fifteen business days following the date on which the aforementioned origin has been communicated, which will be communicated to you, by means of a digital document that will be sent to the email that you have indicated in your request for ARCO rights, to hear and receive (communications and/or notifications), or, in writing, by means of a simple copy, at the address that you have indicated in the aforementioned request.

Procedure to revoke your consent to the processing of your personal data

At any time, you may revoke the consent you have given us for the processing of your personal data, so that we stop using it. If you wish to revoke the consent that was granted to us to process your personal data, we ask you to submit your request in writing to the Personal Data Protection Area, at the address located at Blvd. Adolfo López Mateos No. 2349 Piso 4, Int B.  Col.
